My shopping experience on your site was a pleasure. Very easy to navigate the different categories and the videos explaining the scents are very helpful. I just wish there was a fragrance sample of every scent! I would buy up so many that way and definitely be back to purchase my favorites in regular sizes! Or at least try to add some samples of your most popular, high end scents. This undoubtedly bring in more sales. Once we try it... fall in love with it... we have to have more!;-)

Did not receive my order until May 11,2021. Very disappointed, it was a Mother's Day gift. I feel there should be some form of compensation.

Purchase arrived extremely late" tracking was lost for a few day's. Items eventually arrived
I wish the pricing would be a bit better, if possible, to compete against other suppliers and to make it so much more reliable.
No reply to emails over money taken out testing my credit card, no refund as of yet on cancelled order but received a email stating order was shipped day later. Just seems to be a monkey business would not recommend

Am I fake? Really a dumb question. I have no affiliation with FragranceX.com and would be really pissed if I worked for someone who scammed me.

Might have something to do with them never answering their listed phone number from their site or ever answering a single email.
